All sales are final.  Because it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase from the beginning, we encourage you to order a Flight and/or Scent Dots to fully experience the fragrances at your convenience, prior to purchasing a bottle.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED GOODS

Before your order leaves our hands, we make every effort to ensure its safety during shipping.  Occasionally there may be mishaps along the way that result in an imperfect product upon receipt.

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT

  1. Within two weeks of receiving the faulty product, please return-mail the package and contents via USPS-Ground/”Surface Only”
  2. Mark the outside of the shipping box “Surface Only” and “Consumer Commodity ORM-D” or download a photo of the stickers to use.
  3. Include a brief note explaining the problem  
  4. Email us with the tracking number and postage receipt

By your returning the entire package and contents, you help the shipping company and us to understand what went wrong and where service can be improved.

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE  DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM WE WILL

  1. Promptly replace any transport-damaged or defective product
  2. Promptly refund your return-shipping cost to the credit card you used for the original purchase
